Welcome to the Saltsheds Loyalty Club. By joining and using your loyalty card, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
ELIGIBILITY
The Saltsheds Loyalty Club (“the Programme”) is open to all customers aged 18 or over. Each individual may register for and hold only one loyalty card. Membership is free of charge.
MEMBERSHIP AND USE
Your loyalty card is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. Members must present their loyalty card prior to payment in order for any eligible discount to be applied. We may cancel or suspend any loyalty card that is lost, stolen, misused, or used fraudulently.
MEMBER BENEFITS
Members receive 15% off selected food and drinks when dining in. The discount applies only to menu items included in the current Loyalty Offer. Details of eligible items are available from our team. Loyalty discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, set menu, or special event pricing unless explicitly stated otherwise. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
LOST OR DAMAGED CARDS
If your loyalty card is lost or damaged, please notify us. We will make reasonable efforts to issue a replacement. We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of a lost or stolen card before it is reported to us.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
Saltsheds reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw any aspect of the Programme at any time, including but not limited to the discount amount, participating menu items, or Programme rules. Any changes will be communicated in-store or on our website. We will endeavour to provide notice of significant changes, pauses, or termination of the Programme, although this may not always be possible.
GENERAL TERMS
Membership in the Programme does not create any contractual or employment relationship between the member and Saltsheds. Saltsheds is not liable for any technical or system failures that may temporarily affect the Programme. We reserve the right to refuse membership or cancel a card at our discretion where misuse or breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
